His honest storytelling built a loyal community of meat enthusiasts, and his dedication to the craft led him to serve as a judge at the World Steak Challenge in 2024 and 2025 recognition of his role as a respected voice in the global steak world.

What began behind the camera has grown into Meatguy Steakhouse, a modern steakhouse shaped by years of learning and perfecting the art of steak, driven by passion, precision, and fire.
