Meatguy Steakhouse Bintaro Celebrates 3rd Anniversary with “The Third Cut”
Meatguy Steakhouse Bintaro, founded by Dimas Ramadhan Pangestu, better known as Dimsthemeatguy has officially marked its third anniversary with an exclusive celebration titled “The Third Cut”.
The event welcomed VVIP guests and loyal patrons in an intimate setting. Together with Head Chef Yudi, Dimsthemeatguy reflected on the steakhouse’s three year journey, highlighting its mission to bring world-class steak experiences to Indonesia.
Guests enjoyed an exclusive dining experience starting with new appetizers Carabinero and Roasted Pumpkin followed by a celebratory wine toast and the evening’s highlight : A5 Wagyu Kobe MB-12.
As part of the milestone, Meatguy Steakhouse introduced two new initiatives :
- Loyalty Program with four membership tiers Noble Amber, Prestigious Amethyst, Honorable Sapphire, and Glorious Diamond each offering special benefits for loyal guests.
- Meat Exploration, an annual program inspired by Dimsthemeatguy global culinary journeys, inviting selected guests to experience firsthand the inspirations behind Meatguy Steakhouse.
A memorable moment came when Dimsthemeatguy invited guests to carve the Hanging Tomahawk together, symbolizing unity and celebration. The evening closed with dessert and personal thanks from Dimsthemeatguy and Chef Yudi.
Beyond the festivities, Dimsthemeatguy also shared simple steak tips, enjoying exclusive cuts best at medium rare to medium and letting steak rest after grilling for two to three minutes to maximize flavor.
